We don't sell your information
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Full stop. There is no version of GREATER's business model that involves selling what you tell MARCUS.
We don't use it beyond serving you
What you share stays inside GREATER and is used only to run the product for you — so MARCUS can remember your conversations and write your milestone letters. We don't share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we don't use it to target you with ads, here or anywhere else.
How MARCUS works, in plain terms
GREATER is powered by artificial intelligence. We don't publish the specifics of which AI systems we use underneath, and you don't need to track that either — what matters is the commitment above: your words are never resold or repurposed, regardless of what runs behind the scenes.
What we keep, and why
We keep a minimal safety log when crisis language is detected in a conversation — a timestamp and a category, never your actual words. This log is not deleted when you delete your account, because it exists to protect members and honor our commitment that crisis support is never gated behind a paywall, not to identify or track you.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time from your Account page. Deletion is immediate — we don't make you wait weeks or fill out a form. This cancels any active subscription, removes your conversations, memories, letters, and posts, and signs you out for good.
